Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 300 units per regular order.
2. Artwork Requirements: Files must be submitted in PDF (uncompressed), AI, or EPS format.
3. Design Services: Artwork design is not included in the sample offering. Clients are responsible for providing final artwork files.
4. Product Dimensions: Final dimensions of the item must be confirmed by the client.
5. Revisions to Artwork or Samples: Any changes requested after sample confirmation may incur additional charges.
6. Sample Requests: Gala Deluxe reserves the right to decline any free sample request.
7. Quotation: A draft quotation (DDP or Ex-Factory) for 500 units will be provided together with the sample.
8. Sample Delivery: Sample will be personally handed over to the client by Gala Deluxe.
9. Confidentiality: All quotations are strictly private and confidential between Gala Deluxe and the client.
10. Promotion Validity: This promotion is valid until 30th September 2025.
