Some of the best journeys begin with a simple hello. Back in June, we had the pleasure of meeting a walk-in customer who discovered our showroom by chance. That first encounter quickly blossomed into an exciting collaboration that we’re proud to celebrate today.
From the initial meeting in late June to welcoming their full team into our showroom soon after, every conversation was filled with energy, curiosity, and vision. Together, we finalized the details in just two sessions, laying the foundation for a project that would push creative boundaries.
Behind the Scenes: Crafting a Brochure That Surprises and Delights
Every so often, a project comes along that challenges us to stretch our imagination and refine every detail. This summer, such a journey began with a walk-in customer who stepped into our showroom in June. What started as a casual meeting soon turned into weeks of creative exploration, problem-solving, and one of the most unique packaging projects we’ve ever had the joy to deliver.
From Spark to Strategy
After our first conversation in late June, the client returned with their full team for a second showroom visit. Together, we brainstormed, refined, and finalized the direction in just two meetings — a pace made possible by their open-mindedness and trust.
One of the key breakthroughs came when we suggested transforming their movable brochure into a premium gift by presenting it inside a customised rigid box. This way, it wouldn’t just be a brochure — it would become a statement piece, something their potential customers could hold onto and remember.


Tackling the Details That Matter
Of course, bold ideas demand careful execution. The client wanted a very specific green tone, so we explored the nuances of art paper versus fabric. Matching the shade to the box material became a meticulous process, but one that mattered for the overall impact.
At the same time, the brochure’s interactive element — a pull-to-reveal peekaboo cat — presented its own challenge. The mechanism had to work flawlessly, offering smooth movement every time. Our team tested, adjusted, and refined the pullout technique until it felt effortless.
A Fresh Take on Real Estate Marketing
The result? A brochure unlike anything seen in the real estate world. Inspired by the storybooks of childhood, the design taps into nostalgia and curiosity, while reimagining that sense of play for a sophisticated audience. It’s interactive, memorable, and crafted to surprise — exactly what the client wanted to achieve in connecting with their potential customers.
From Sampling to Delivery
By late July, our sampling phase was in full swing. Each round of adjustments brought us closer to perfection, until we were ready to move into mass production. By late August, the finished brochures and boxes were delivered, each one reflecting weeks of collaboration, craftsmanship, and creative problem-solving.

Why This Journey Stands Out
What made this project so rewarding wasn’t only the outcome, but the process. The client’s openness allowed us to experiment, while our team’s persistence ensured every challenge was solved with care. Together, we turned a simple brochure into an engaging experience — one that carries a sense of wonder far beyond the printed page.
